Responsibilities

- Assist with dental procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and patient setups to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the front desk team as a dental receptionist by managing patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries with positivity and professionalism.
- Help maintain accurate patient records using dental management software such as Dentrix and Epic, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
- Provide basic dental assisting duties, including sterilization of instruments, chairside support, and patient comfort measures.




- Collaborate with the clinical team to manage orthodontic cases and pediatric patients, ensuring tailored care that meets individual needs.
- Support the use of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for dental restorations or orthodontic planning as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Previous experience with dental software platforms such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable.
- Experience in dental assisting or a background in dental reception is preferred; certification in dental assisting is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a busy practice setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for record keeping and procedural support.
