Our client, a small established dental office is seeking a Dental Receptionist who can work independently and hs experience in the dental field.

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS for Dental Receptionist

- 3+ year's experience

- Dental Software experience is a MUST

- They have Autopia but can be trained but asset if you know it

- Positive communications skills both verbal and written

- Experience working in an assignment office

LOCATION: Old Weston/St. Clair

SOFTWARE: Autopia - can be trained

HOURS:

- Mon 9-5/6

- Tues 9-2

- Wed 9-5/6

- Thur 9-5/6

- Friday CLOSED

- Sat 9:00-2 (alternate, no long weekends)

COMPENSATION: $28-$32/hr

- Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner

- Schedule/confirm patient appointments by telephone and in person

- Helping with organizing and preparing the Canadian Dental Care Plan insurance claims

- Doing recalls





- Send confirmation of appointments via email and telephone and make follow-up calls/emails

- Provide patients with information regarding the dental office, direct calls appropriately

- Prepare and submit predeterminations

- Verify procedures completed, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically

- Accurately maintain charts and patient records
