PART-TIME DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Vancouver Dental Specialty Clinic is seeking an exceptional, experienced, and highly professional Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are looking for a patient-focused, detail-oriented professional who understands that the reception team plays an essential role in creating a positive, seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, personable, and capable of maintaining a high standard of professionalism in a busy specialty dental environment.

Key Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dental office / minimum 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in ENGLISH
- Qualified, courteous, and confident manner with patients
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Dentrix




- Experience with appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, billing, payments, and insurance/CDCP inquiries
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to exceptional patient service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately.
