Denture Clinic Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator
Established Denture Clinic
We are looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join an established denture clinic.
This is an important front-line role. You will often be the first person our patients speak with and the person who helps make their experience feel welcoming, organized and comfortable from their first call through treatment and follow-up.
Many of our patients are seniors, so patience, warmth and clear communication are especially important.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments
- Welcome patients and provide a positive front-desk experience
- Coordinate appointments and communication with the denturist and clinical team
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment and recalls
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments and assist with basic billing and insurance documentation
- Help keep the daily schedule organized and running smoothly
- Assist with general administrative duties and clinic communications
Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you are:
- Friendly, professional and comfortable speaking with patients
- Patient and compassionate, particularly when assisting seniors
- Highly organized and able to manage several priorities at once
- Confident and professional on the telephone
- Reliable and consistent with follow-up
- Comfortable discussing appointments, treatment scheduling and fees
- Able to work independently while supporting a small clinical team
- Comfortable using computers, email and appointment-management software
- Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities and notices what needs to be done
Experience Previous experience in a dental, denture, or healthcare clinic is a must.
