The City of Thunder Bay is seeking an IT Client Services professional to support desktop applications, deploy software, and provide Tier 1 user support. You will collaborate with CIT staff and partners to implement recent solutions and keep users informed of resolutions.

You will develop training materials, document calls, and maintain relationships with clients while staying updated on new technologies and best practices. This on-site role serves a diverse community in Northwestern Ontario.
