We are currently looking for a motivated Diesel Fuel Injection Technician to join us full-time.Position OverviewIn this role, you will specialize in diagnosing, testing, rebuilding, and calibrating high-pressure diesel fuel systems.

This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent manual dexterity, and a sharp eye for detail to ensure all components meet exact OEM specifications.Core Responsibilities

- Diagnostic & Testing: Perform precise diagnostic testing on various diesel fuel systems, components, and assemblies.
- Component Rebuilding: Disassemble, clean, inspect, and rebuild fuel injectors and high-pressure pumps to strict standards.
- Calibration: Operate specialized component test benches to evaluate and calibrate fuel delivery parameters.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts for wear or contamination to eliminate defects and ensure reliable performance.
- Documentation: Keep clear records of test results, parts required, and completed work. [1]





Must-Have Qualifications

- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo and pass a Criminal Reference Check as a condition of employment.
- Experience: Previous technical experience in automotive, heavy-duty, or dedicated diesel component repair.
- Skills: Strong understanding of diesel fuel systems and a high level of comfort working with precise, mechanical components.
- Work Ethic: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace to prevent fuel contamination.
- Location: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and able to commute reliably to our Peterborough shop.
