- Design specialized menus focused on therapeutic needs
- Perform nutritional assessments and recommend interventions
- Deliver effective education to residents and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
- Identify and mitigate nutrition and hydration risks Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Food and Nutrition program
- Member of College of Dietitians of Ontario/British Columbia
- Minimum 2 years in Long Term Care experience
- Understanding of dietary and nutrition regulations
