Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth & Retention

Pay Rate: $35/hour

About The Role We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support growth, customer engagement, and retention initiatives across digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the customer lifecycle and can help execute targeted campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty.

What You’ll Do

- Execute digital marketing campaigns focused on customer growth, engagement, and retention.
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, digital, CRM, and other customer channels.
- Develop and execute customer segmentation and targeted campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
- Support A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimization.
- Analyze customer and campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, approvals, and launches.
- Partner with creative, marketing, analytics, CRM,



and other cross-functional teams.
- Track KPIs and prepare campaign performance reports and recommendations.
- Manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced retail workplace.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention strategies.
- Experience executing email, CRM, digital, or targeted marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable working with campaign data, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Retail, e-commerce, or loyalty marketing experience is a plus.
