Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily digital operations, workflows, and business systems.

- Coordinate projects and operational activities across multiple departments.

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

- Monitor KPIs, reports, service performance, and operational results.

- Coordinate with technology vendors and external service providers.

- Develop procedures, documentation, and workflow standards.

- Support leadership with digital transformation and operational planning.

Qualifications





- 3–5 years of experience in digital operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related field.

- Post-secondary education in business, technology, operations, or a related discipline is preferred.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with digital platforms, business applications, and reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Pay: $78,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
