- Serve as a technical and commercial resource for Xylem branches and distribution partners
- Coach and support sales teams to drive their development and success
- Deliver technical and commercial training on Flygt ADS products and solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Coordinate sales efforts with Flygt sales representatives and distribution partners
- Analyze technical specifications and project requirements to recommend appropriate solutions
- Interpret engineering specifications and propose standard solutions that meet customer needs
- Support sales teams in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, track opportunities, and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with the Marketing team to identify recent markets, applications, and growth opportunities
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in automation and control systems
- Solid understanding of the water and wastewater industry
- Experience in consultative selling and value-based sales
- Experience managing sales opportunities and pipelines through a CRM system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships




- Excellent presentation and training skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in standard business software and computer applications
- Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
