Duties
- Supervise all aspects of dining room operations, including table service, food presentation, and customer interactions to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team
- Oversee handling procedures to uphold food safety standards and quality assurance
- Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting top talent for various dining service roles
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all areas of the dining room & kitchen
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant management industry
- Extensive food service experience including serving, food handling, and hospitality roles
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively in fast-paced environments
- Experience in interviewing, onboarding new employees, and developing team members for growth opportunities
- Background in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus, along with supervisory experience
