What is the opportunity?

The Director, Digital Communications &

- Enablement will lead strategic communications, culture, and organizational enablement for Digital business. You will develop and execute comprehensive internal communications and employee engagement strategies that inspire, connect, and mobilize teams across Digital. This position will serve as the voice of Digital, crafting compelling narratives that amplify business priorities, celebrate achievements, and build a thriving, high-performing culture aligned with Personal Banking objectives. You will partner with stakeholders to drive transparency and organizational effectiveness through strategic communications, large-scale events, talent programs, recognition initiatives, and digital workplace enablement.

- Executive Messaging Develop comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with Digital, Personal Banking, and Empower 2030 priorities Serve as strategic advisor to Digital SVPs/VPs on messaging, stakeholder engagement, and change management Create and deliver executive-level content (quarterly updates, speaking notes, newsletters, campaigns) and lead change communications during transformations Partner with Corporate Communications and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, monitor effectiveness, and adapt strategies Event Production &
- Leadership Engagement Lead end-to-end production of large-scale events (town halls, forums, celebrations, offsites) including concept development, speaker prep, logistics, vendor coordination, and facilitation Design innovative formats and capture event moments through post-event communications and video highlights to maximize reach across in-person, virtual, and hybrid audiences Culture, Engagement &
- Recognition Design culture-building initiatives and lead employee engagement strategy (surveys, data analysis, action planning)

- Digital Enablement Own talent engagement programs and design best-in-class onboarding (Day 1+ journeys, orientation, toolkits); support talent acquisition and employer branding Own Digital’s intranet hub as centralized digital workplace; drive adoption of digital tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage) and partner with IT for enhancements Facilitate networking forums enabling cross-team connections Budget, Planning &
- Team Leadership Develop and manage annual operating budget with forecasting, tracking, and financial reporting; optimize resource allocation and manage procurement Lead annual headcount planning and FTE allocation; forecast staffing needs and ensure team is appropriately sized and skilled Build and lead high-performing team with mentorship, coaching, talent management, succession planning, and representation in cross-functional forums What do you need to succeed?

Must Have: 10+ years progressive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications, preferably in financial services Proven track record planning and executing large-scale internal events (town halls, conferences)



with hundreds of attendees Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills; ability to craft compelling executive messaging for diverse audiences Experience providing strategic communications counsel to senior executives (VP/SVP level) on messaging and change management Solid project management skills managing multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and competing demands Experience designing and executing talent engagement and onboarding programs Experience managing operating budgets, headcount planning, and financial reporting for communications Nice to Have: Deep knowledge of Personal Banking &

- Digital business Background in organizational change management or culture transformation initiatives Background in HR, talent management, or organizational development Knowledge of employee engagement survey methodologies and analyticsExperience with video production, multimedia content creation, and digital storytelling Graduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Organizational Development
