About The Role

Systemex Group is seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Director of Business Process &





- Information Technology to help lead the next phase of our digital transformation. This is a rare opportunity to build the foundations for scalable business processes, technology governance, cybersecurity, AI adoption, automation, and business continuity across a growing industrial technology organization.

Reporting to the President &
- CEO, this individual will work closely with senior leadership across Systemex Automation and Systemex Industrial Consulting to establish the frameworks, systems, and governance required to support growth. The role will begin as an individual contributor, with future potential to shape and grow an IT, Digital Transformation, and Process Excellence function.

What You Will Lead

- 10+ years of progressive experience in information technology, business process management, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Solid experience leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing technology-enabled business improvements.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk management, enterprise systems, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Exposure to AI technologies, governance, and enterprise adoption strategies.
- Experience working with external IT providers, consultants, software vendors, and technology partners.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, automation, consulting, or technical service environments is a solid asset.
