Shape strategic communications and stakeholder engagement as the Director of Co-operative and Experiential Education Communications at the University of Waterloo. In this full-time, permanent role, you will connect with employers and partners while ensuring strategic communications align with institutional objectives. You'll advise senior leaders and manage communications with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead communications planning for employer-related initiatives
- Advise senior leadership on strategic communications
- Manage embedded communications teams effectively




- Develop stakeholder relationships with industry and educational partners
- Ensure alignment of CEE communications with institutional priorities

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in communications or related field
- 7-9 years of communications experience
- 3-5 years managing and developing staff
- Experience in higher education or public sector preferred
- Robust strategic communications and relationship management skills
