Shape strategic communications and stakeholder engagement as the Director of Co-operative and Experiential Education Communications at the University of Waterloo. In this full time, permanent role, you will connect with employers and partners while ensuring strategic communications align with institutional objectives. You'll advise senior leaders and manage communications with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead communications planning for employer-related initiatives
- Advise senior leadership on strategic communications
- Manage embedded communications teams effectively




- Develop stakeholder relationships with industry and educational partners
- Ensure alignment of CEE communications with institutional priorities Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in communications or related field
- 7-9 years of communications experience
- 3-5 years managing and developing staff
- Experience in higher education or public sector preferred
