This opportunity is part of Systemex Industrial Consulting (SIC)

SIC partners with organizations across the mining, manufacturing, energy, and industrial sectors to improve operational performance throughout the entire asset lifecycle.

Our multidisciplinary teams support clients in operational readiness, commissioning, start-up, ramp-up, maintenance and reliability, asset management, workforce solutions, and continuous improvement. We don't simply develop strategies; we work alongside our clients to successfully implement them

Key Responsibilities

- Lead execution of the Asset Management practice, including project delivery, workload planning, resource allocation, KPIs, profitability, productivity, and protected, on-time, on-budget results.




- Drive continuous improvement of internal processes, delivery frameworks, project execution methods, and cross-functional operational alignment.
- Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams while supporting hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, retention, knowledge transfer, and a high-performance culture.
- Oversee mandates related to asset management, maintenance and reliability, PM optimization, RCM/FMECA, CMMS/EAM systems, ISO 55000, operational readiness, and asset lifecycle support.
- Act as a senior escalation point for project and client issues, ensuring execution quality, client satisfaction, risk mitigation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Support strategic client meetings, executive presentations, proposals, account growth, business development, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term practice growth.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; P.Eng. designation is a strong asset.
- 10–15 years of experience in asset-intensive industrial environments, including mining, manufacturing, energy, or heavy industrial operations.
- Proven leadership managing technical teams, operational delivery, multidisciplinary projects, and client relationships in consulting or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of asset management, ISO 55000, maintenance and reliability best practices, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and CMMS/EAM systems.
- Proficiency in French is mandatory.



Proficiency in English is also required in order to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
