As part of our core team, you’ll be responsible for identifying strategic suppliers and managing relationships, ensuring the quality and continuity of our supply chain.

This role will allow you to help shape Soucy’s future by leading innovative initiatives and playing a crucial role in our company’s growth and success. Participate and collaborate as a member of the unit’s management committee in developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic plan to ensure the company’s growth and profitability

Supervise, engage, and participate in the skills development and succession planning of the team under your responsibility Purchasing Develop and implement purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing and effectively managing costs, quality, timelines, and supplier-related risks

Procurement Define and drive the procurement strategy in alignment with the company’s growth objectives

Optimize procurement processes to ensure the availability of raw materials and products





Oversee and optimize inventory management to reduce costs while ensuring operational continuity Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of plans

With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, logistics, or a related field

At least 8 to 10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or planning, including 5 years in a management role

Experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
