Software is seeking its first Director on the Strategic Finance team. In this entrepreneurial position, you'll report to the VP, Strategic Finance, and partner closely with the CEO, CTO, and M&A; Directors.

Your role will focus on value creation and capital allocation across portfolio companies, influencing key strategic decisions that support Beacon's ambitious growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as finance partner to acquired companies
- Collaborate with industry leaders on financial decisions




- Translate operational insights into investment strategies
- Build and manage value creation plans and budgets
- Lead the implementation of AI-native financial systems

Requirements:

- 3-8 years in strategy consulting or finance
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
- Robust analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience in vertical market software is a plus
- Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
