Responsibilities

- Working with disclosure/content owners of the bank's Sustainability Report to review and assess the effectiveness of their controls to mitigate sustainability reporting risk.
- Help educate and guide stakeholders to enhance their control environment and adhere to the bank's risk management policies and standards.
- Report control findings / issues to senior management.

Must-Have Skills

- SME in risk and controls (SOX, etc.) – fully risk management cycle including identification and remediation of control gaps and deficiencies.
- Regulatory Reporting expertise
- University degree in a related field of study.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Chartered Qualified Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor designations.
- Archer experience – Able to extract Risk & Control
- Certification / designation related to ESG and other sustainability areas.
- Knowledge / experience with ESG frameworks, rules,



and regulations – particularly those surrounding reporting and disclosures.
- Experience at banking or similarly sized financial institutions.
