We regularly recruit for full-time, part-time, and relief positions across our community, residential, day program, and community link services.

What You'll Do

Depending on the role, you may:

- Support adults with disabilities to achieve their personal goals and maximize independence.
- Promote community inclusion, choice, dignity, and quality of life.
- Assist with daily living skills, community participation, and health-related needs.
- Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and maintain accurate documentation.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, guardians, and community partners.

Qualifications Requirements vary by position; however, candidates will typically have:
- Education in Human Services, Disability Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).




- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- A satisfactory Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for positions requiring travel.
