Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher cum Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use. Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following proper food handling procedures.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by disposing of waste properly and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff to support smooth service flow.
- Ensure all food service items are stored correctly to prevent contamination or spoilage.
- Support the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors,



and storage areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Help with setting up dining areas, serving stations, or assisting with basic hospitality tasks when needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain personal hygiene to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Experience in food service or hotel settings can be beneficial for understanding customer service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, cooking support, and hospitality services.
