Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas to keep the kitchen tidy.
- Support food preparation by handling basic cleaning tasks around the kitchen as needed.
- Follow health and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and guests.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes during busy service hours.
- Help with general cleaning duties around the restaurant to uphold cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key.
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
