Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to support smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support food handling procedures by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining proper storage practices.
- Help with organizing supplies and ensuring all kitchen equipment is in good working order.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues.
