Duties

- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items for cooking.
- Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies, restocking stations, and ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and organized.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold food safety regulations and prevent cross-contamination.
- Help with meal preparation by setting up ingredients and assisting cooks during busy service times.
- Maintain a clean work environment by regularly sanitizing work surfaces, floors,



and storage areas.
- Support the overall efficiency of the kitchen by adhering to safety protocols and working collaboratively with team members.

Experience

- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards is a plus.
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen workplace helps in understanding fast-paced workflows.
- Basic knowledge of serving procedures and meal preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently under pressure is essential.
