- Ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly throughout your shift
- Assist with preparing fresh salads and ingredients according to restaurant standards, supporting the culinary team in food prep tasks
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including proper waste disposal and organization of supplies
- Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ensuring all food handling procedures meet safety regulations
- Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests




- Help with basic food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables, chopping ingredients, or assembling salads under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and uphold a positive, energetic work atmosphere

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and sanitation standards is a plus
- Kitchen or hospitality experience can enhance your ability to excel in this role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
