Responsibilities

- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools following health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Assist with food handling tasks when needed, supporting food preparation and service staff
- Organize and store clean items efficiently to facilitate smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold environmental standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by helping with light cleaning or prep tasks as directed




- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe workplace for staff and guests

Experience

- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools is advantageous
