Role Description The Dispatcher role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule drivers, vehicles, and loads, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring routes,



updating schedules, and communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and minimize delays.

The role involves using dispatch and routing software, maintaining accurate records of trips and loads, and tracking equipment and driver status throughout the day. The Dispatcher will also support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, assist with incident reporting, and help improve operational efficiency through clear communication and proactive planning.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year container experience (CN & CP) terminal process and container dispatch operarions.
