Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and caring environment for dogs during their stay at our facility. The ideal candidate is passionate about animals, attentive to their needs, and committed to delivering excellent customer service to pet owners. Requirements:

- MUST have experience working with dogs
- Comfortable and confident handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages
- Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more and performing active, hands-on tasks
- Patient, level-headed, and able to work calmly with a variety of dog personalities
- Robust work ethic with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Clear communicator with solid problem-solving skills and good judgment
- Flexible and adaptable when needed




- Knowledgeable in canine body language and able to recognize stress signals, discomfort, or escalation
- Available to work both weekdays and weekends as required

Job duties include:

- Walking dogs
- Socializing and advocating for dogs during socials
- Administering water, food and medication
- Bathing dogs + nail trims
- LOTS of cleaning, non stop cleaning.
- Social Media and customer communications
- Opening/closing of the facility
- Collaborate closely with the team to keep daily routines organized, efficient, and running seamlessly
- Represent the business with professionalism by assisting clients, answering questions, and providing a positive experience during drop-off and pick-up
- Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and text messages on the business phone in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor each dog’s health, behaviour, and overall condition, and promptly communicate any concerns

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour
