Hiring contracted dog walker and sitter-Midtown Toronto The position involves picking up/dropping off up to 6 client dogs at a time, driving to a trail/path, and walking all dogs in a structured, on-leash walk for an hour. We also have some private walking clients, in which contractors would drive to and park at the client’s home, and walk the dog on-leash in their neighbourhood for 30 minutes. As well, contractors would occasionally board regular walking client dogs in their home, or in the client’s home.

Contractors MUST have their own SUV or larger vehicle that can comfortably fit up to 6 large dogs, and be local to the Midtown neighbourhood (Yonge and Eglinton and surrounding).

Contractors must be available weekdays minimum 11am-3pm, but ideally 9am-4pm. The position would start out at around 15-20 hours/week,



but with room for growth if desired.

Professional dog experience is an asset, but is not necessary as extensive training will be provided. However, strong communication and time management skills are a necessity for success in this position.

Contractors are able to bring their own dog(s) to work with them, provided they are a positive fit with our client dogs.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
