Vision Express Marketing is an independent sales and marketing company representing Rogers products and services. We connect customers with Rogers Fibre Powered Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Mobility solutions through direct, face-to-face community outreach.

The Opportunity

We are looking for confident, outgoing, and motivated Door-to-Door Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our team. In this independent contractor role, you will introduce eligible residents to Rogers services, explain available offers, and help customers choose solutions that best meet their needs.

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. High-performing representatives may earn $70,000 or more annually; however, earnings depend on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighbourhoods.
- Present Rogers Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Mobility products and services.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their needs.
- Clearly explain available products, promotions, and service benefits.




- Complete and submit customer applications accurately and professionally.
- Represent Rogers products with professionalism and integrity.

- Positive attitude with strong self-motivation
- Comfortable engaging with new people in a door-to-door environment
- Sales, customer service, or marketing experience is an asset, but not required

Compensation & Schedule

- Uncapped commission-based compensation.
