Before that box ever arrives at your door, a diverse team of talented people make it happen, from the head office to the kitchen counter. We are currently looking for a Dough Facility Team Member to join this dedicated team at our Etobicoke facility at 58 Advance Road.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:

- Fill, pull, and package product into clean containers at the proper weight, and label/date code correctly.
- Load and label pallets correctly.
- Start up and shut down operations for the production line.
- Operate forklifts and mixing line machinery to support facility operations.
- Maintain cleanliness on lines; ensure equipment and work areas are kept organized, clean, and sanitary throughout the shift.
- Remove any waste and garbage generated during the shift at the end of every shift.
- Ensure proper care of all company equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in mandatory safety training.
- Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment.
- Report any injury, accident, or unsafe condition immediately to the supervisor.




- Support and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and other duties as assigned.

Benefits

- Wage: $19.50 per hour.
- Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
- Health Benefits: Comprehensive health perks available after 6 months of employment (company pays 80% and team member pays 20%).
- Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation per year.
- Sick/Personal Days: 6 paid sick days and 2 paid personal days per year.

Skills and Qualifications

- Good communication and listening skills.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift between 50 – 60 lbs.
- Team-player attitude and results-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions

- Environment: Must be comfortable working in a fridge-temperature room.
- Hygiene: High standards of personal hygiene are expected; jewelry is not permitted in the production area.
- Transport: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Safety Gear: Required to have Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certified safety boots.
