About the Position

Integrity Shoring & Civil Ltd. is seeking a hardworking and safety-focused Driller’s Helper / Labourer to join our field team in Abbotsford, BC.

This is a hands-on construction position supporting our drilling, temporary shoring, and shotcrete operations. Depending on project requirements, employees may also gain experience working on permanent retaining walls, micropiles, CIP piles, specialty grouting, and other geotechnical construction projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the assigned Foreman and other members of the field team. You will be expected to work safely, contribute to daily production requirements, maintain equipment, and help keep the job site organized and productive.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist drillers with day-to-day drilling and shoring operations
- Perform general construction labour duties
- Support shotcrete crews as required
- Tie welded wire mesh (WWM) and place reinforcing steel/rebar
- Perform shotcrete hose-tending duties
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and inspections
- Participate in required site safety meetings
- Assist with site and material inventory
- Assist with anchor testing
- Support project quality requirements
- Maintain a robust commitment to project and site safety
- Participate in training and mentorship
- Assist with material procurement and inventory




- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents as required

Previous drilling, shoring, shotcrete, or construction experience is an asset, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are important.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
