About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Home Delivery Contractors with their own 5-ton trucks and delivery equipment to partner with our company for residential home deliveries.

This is an independent contractor opportunity for reliable, professional operators who can provide their own truck, equipment, and delivery staff while delivering products safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Must own and operate your own 5-ton delivery truck(s)
- Must provide all required delivery equipment and tools
- Previous home delivery experience is required
- Must be able to safely load, transport, and deliver products to customers' homes
- Some assembly required of furniture
- Must provide and be responsible for your own helpers/staff
- Must maintain appropriate licensing, insurance, permits, and documentation required to operate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet scheduled delivery times
- Ability to handle a physically demanding delivery setting

Contractor Responsibilities As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing and maintaining your own 5-ton truck(s)




- Providing all necessary delivery equipment, tools, dollies, straps, blankets, ramps, and other required equipment
- Hiring, managing, and paying your own helpers/staff
- All fuel, maintenance, repairs, insurance, licensing, and other vehicle-related expenses
- All wages and employment-related costs for your staff
- Ensuring your truck and equipment are safe, clean, and properly maintained
- Completing deliveries safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service at every delivery

Compensation Contractors will be compensated based on a percentage of delivery revenue.

- Percentage-based compensation structure
- Opportunity for consistent delivery volume
- Contractor is responsible for all operating expenses associated with their truck, equipment, and staff

Compensation details and revenue percentage will be discussed during the contractor onboarding process.
