Linea Intima is a luxury lingerie retailer in Toronto Ontario, Canada, offering a curated selection of designer bras, underwear, shapewear, sleepwear, loungewear and accessories.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our head office. Remote and hybrid work are not available for this role.

Role Overview The E-commerce Coordinator will support the daily operations of our head office, with responsibilities across the e-commerce, marketing, shipping, receiving and buying departments.

Responsibilities

E-commerce and Marketing

- Process and fulfill online orders through Shopify accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain product images and information for the website
- Edit product images, write product descriptions and upload recent products and content
- Execute markdowns and maintain accurate online inventory levels
- Create engaging content for email newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Assist with additional e-commerce and marketing projects as required

Shipping, Receiving and Buying




- Assist the buying department with order entry and other administrative tasks
- Receive, organize and verify incoming merchandise
- Prepare merchandise for distribution to our store locations

Desired Skills and Experience
- At least one year of experience in an e-commerce or marketing role
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A creative eye and the ability to produce relevant, engaging content
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Shopify, Mailchimp and luxury retail is considered an asset
- Must be available to work in-office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
