Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Inventory Operations Supervisor to lead our online sales and inventory management efforts. This pivotal role combines leadership, process optimization, and technical expertise to ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate inventory control, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Duties

- Supervise, plan, assign, and review the work of staff engaged in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of products for online sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Best Buy seller accounts.
- Coordinate and oversee incoming online orders, daily outbound shipping, and fulfillment logistics for both retail and business-to-business (B2B) accounts.
- Monitor stock levels, track warehouse inventory, and process purchasing transactions for new stock, materials, and supplies.




- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies and procedures; resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate daily warehouse workflow, manage business accounts, and ensure accurate supply chain tracking and scheduling.
- Train staff in job duties and requisition necessary supplies and materials as required.

Skills
- Robust leadership skills with proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including data analysis skills for reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles within manufacturing or warehouse distribution settings.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and liaise effectively with internal departments and external partners.
- Process improvement mindset with experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing or e-commerce operations.

Pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour
