Are you passionate about early learning and ready to bring positive energy, warmth, and creativity into the classroom? We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) to join our vibrant team at Rivergate Academy.

What You’ll Do
- Bring Play to Life: Help set up art supplies, sensory stations, storytime, and outdoor games to spark curiosity and fun.
- Nurture & Care: Assist children with daily personal care routines, including mealtime, diapering/toilet support, and soothing rest times.
- Keep Kids Safe & Happy: Maintain active visual and auditory supervision indoors and outdoors while keeping play spaces clean and sanitized.
- Connect & Collaborate: Welcome parents during drop-off and pick-up while working smoothly with classroom lead educators.
What You Bring
- Education: High School Diploma required. Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) Certificate, Post-Secondary Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent credential from an accredited institution preferred.
- Experience: Practical experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers (300+ placement hours welcomed!).
- Certifications: Current Infant & Child CPR certification, clear Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).
- Key Skills: Energetic, patient,
proactive team player with strong communication skills and a passion for child well-being.
