Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development
- Foster a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages children to express themselves and build relationships
- Observe and assess each child's progress, tailoring activities to meet individual needs and abilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development

Skills

- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or related environments




- Strong caregiving skills that demonstrate patience, empathy, and attentiveness
- Classroom experience that showcases the ability to manage group activities effectively
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Experience working with individuals with inclusive care needs is highly valued
- Excellent teaching skills that engage children and foster a love of learning
