Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning workplace.
- Support children's overall development and well-being.
- Observe, document, and communicate children's progress with parents and guardians.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Foster positive behavior and encourage independence and creativity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional childcare services.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications





- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- RECE registration or recognized ECE credentials preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a daycare, childcare centre, preschool, or similar setting.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Strong knowledge of child development and play-based learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.
