North Kildonan Little Thinkers Inc. is a licensed, non-profit child care centre located at 71 B Burnett Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. We proudly serve the River East community and surrounding areas and operate 38 licensed preschool spaces for children ages 2 to 6 years.

We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and community-minded Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team.

This is a full time term position beginning September 1, 2026, and ending March 31, 2027. The successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday between 7:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. The specific shift may vary depending on the operational needs of the centre and program.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Early Childhood Educator plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of the centre.



The successful candidate will support and mentor educators while helping maintain a warm, inclusive, respectful, and child-centred environment that promotes children's development, confidence, creativity, and overall well-being.
