We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing eavestrough, fascia and soffit in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a solid attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and proficiency with hand tools and construction techniques.
The Installer will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. Drivers license is a required for the position as well.
Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to install fixtures, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, or other building components
- Perform carpentry tasks including cutting, measuring, and fitting materials precisely
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and finish quality
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation processes
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and project timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Experience with caulking, sealing, or finishing work is a plus
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various positions for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory depending on job site location
