Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with educators to assess children's progress and adapt learning strategies as needed.
- Foster relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Requirements
- Experience in early childhood education is preferred.
- Familiarity with classroom settings and educational practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
