As a qualified instructor, you'll join a roster to deliver versatile training sessions of 2-6 days. Utilize established curriculums to cover essential skills related to coastal restoration and climate resiliency.
Your role will be to engage diverse audiences and tailor content to regional contexts while enhancing participants' learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person training sessions based on existing materials
- Encourage hands-on learning through real-world examples
- Modify training to fit local and community dynamics
- Partner with ECO Canada staff or co-leads
- Provide constructive feedback for ongoing enhancement Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in related coastal, marine, or environmental fields
- Background in group facilitation or training
- Solid skills in effective communication
- Ability to translate complex topics into understandable content
