About the Role

JR Home Products is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Sales Coordinator to support and grow our online retail business across Canada and North America.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will help manage major eCommerce accounts including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Wayfair, The Home Depot, Canadian Tire , and other retail partners.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative and coordination skills with a sales-focused mindset. You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, retailer portals, product data, online marketplaces, and multiple priorities at once.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate the day-to-day management of assigned eCommerce retailer accounts and marketplaces.
- Support product launches, promotions, pricing, inventory, and retailer requirements.
- Manage new product setup and maintain accurate product information across retailer platforms.
- Coordinate product content including descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and digital assets.
- Use Salsify to support product onboarding and content maintenance.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to identify opportunities and issues.
- Respond to retailer requests related to product information, orders, reporting, and account support.
- Maintain accurate pricing, promotional details, product data, and account documentation.
- Troubleshoot retailer portal and product listing issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.




- Support the Key Account Manager with sales administration, account coordination, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- College diploma or university degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Retail Management , or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, sales coordination, account coordination, retail operations, or a related role.
- Experience with major retailer or marketplace platforms such as Amazon, The Home Depot, Walmart, Wayfair, or Canadian Tire is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new technology, retailer portals, and digital systems.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salsify, CRM, ERP, or PIM platforms is an asset.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excel Skills Strong Excel skills are important for this role. You should be comfortable with:

- VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
- Filtering and sorting
- Formulas
- Data organization
- Data validation
- Managing spreadsheets with multiple SKUs, accounts, and data fields
