We’re Hiring!

We are looking for an experienced Edgebanding Machine Operator to join our production team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who already has solid experience operating an edgebanding machine and understands the process. If you know how to set up, adjust, operate, and troubleshoot an Edgebander, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

- Set up and operate the edgebanding machine according to job specifications.
- Select the correct edge material and settings for each job.
- Adjust temperature, pressure, speed, trimming, scraping, and buffing as required.
- Feed and position MDF, plywood, particleboard, and other panels correctly.
- Monitor the machine and make adjustments to maintain consistent quality.
- Inspect finished panels for adhesion, trimming, alignment, and overall finish.
- Identify and correct common edgebanding issues such as glue lines, poor adhesion, uneven trimming, and chipping.
- Follow production instructions and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the machine, tools, and work area clean and safe.
- Report machine problems to Maintenance.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on edgebanding experience is an asset
- Strong understanding of the edgebanding process
- Experience working with MDF, plywood, particleboard, and laminates
- Good eye for quality and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic machine/process issues
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
