Chinook School Division is seeking five positions as Educational Assist ants to support s tudents in the Functional Integrated program at Swift Current Comprehensive High School . This position will be subject to additional contracted hours due to the natur e of the positions and based on individual needs of students. Training will be provided for any specific duti es that are required. Start Date : As soon as possible Qualifications

- Educational Assistant certification or early childhood training an asset
- Ability and experience in working with children
- Physical ability to work with active students
- Lifting may be required

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

- Willingness to meet the health and hygiene needs of children as required
- Work one on one with students and within a classroom setting
- Based on needs of individual students, provide individual students with assistance in speech, motor, and language development and social and life skills
- Work as part of a team in development and implementation of Individual Improvement Plan
