You will lead initiatives to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within our fabrication operations in Cambridge and Brantford. - Drive EHS initiatives through proactive risk management
- Oversee implementation of EHS Management System
- Manage and mitigate occupational health and safety risks
- Support environmental compliance and inspections
- Lead, coach, and develop EHS Advisors and teams

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of progressive EHS experience
- Preferred background in nuclear or fabrication environments
- Relevant post-secondary education in Safety or Engineering
- CRSP certification is required; others considered
- Strong digital proficiency with EHS tools
