End User Computing Analyst

Apotex is looking for an End User Computing Analyst to join our IT team and provide exceptional support to corporate employees across the organization.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for supporting laptops, desktops, printers, meeting room technology, Office 365 applications, and connectivity issues while delivering a high level of customer service. You'll work closely with end users, troubleshoot technical challenges, deploy and configure devices, and ensure employees have the technology they need to be successful.

What You'll Be Doing

- Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Configure, deploy,



and support laptops and desktops
- Support Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams
- Install and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices
- Assist with meeting room and audio/visual technology support
- Support VPN and remote access connectivity
- Manage and resolve technical issues through a ticketing system
- Deliver timely updates and excellent customer service throughout the support process
- Support executive and VIP users as needed
- Maintain accurate asset and support documentation
