Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored English lessons that meet individual student needs and learning styles
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance language acquisition and retention
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Incorporate additional languages such as Mandarin, French, Spanish, or Japanese to enrich lessons when applicable
- Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere that motivates students to participate actively
- Adapt lesson plans dynamically based on student feedback and evolving learning objectives
- Support students in developing writing skills, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational fluency
Experience
- Previous experience working with children or in classroom settings is highly preferred
- Proven tutoring or teaching experience in English or other languages such as French
- Strong writing skills with the ability to explain language concepts clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and engaging instructional strategies
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required; fluency in English is essential
- Passion for education and helping learners achieve their language goals
- Experience with online or remote teaching platforms is advantageous
