Work collaboratively with communities, Education Directors, schools, students, and families to identify transition needs, strengthen continuity of supports, and increase awareness of KIHS, Adult Education, post-secondary pathways, and available student services.

4.

Lead the implementation, ongoing development, and effective use of KOBE-wide student information systems, including advancement of a one-student-file approach. Establish consistent practices for student data collection, access, accuracy, and information-sharing. Ensure reliable student information is available to support enrolment, graduation planning, student success, organizational reporting, and decision-making.

5. Cross-Departmental Integration and Service Coordination

Strengthen collaboration among Enrolment, Guidance, Student Services, teachers/mentors, administration, IT/data teams, schools, and community-based staff. Establish effective processes for transferring student information, coordinating services, and connecting enrolment activities with academic, transition, and student success supports.

6. Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance and Compliance

Lead the ongoing evaluation and improvement of enrolment, graduation, transition, and student information processes.
