Position: Enterprise Architect – Open Liberty

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Open Liberty/WebSphere Liberty to lead enterprise application modernization, cloud-native architecture, and migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and modernize enterprise applications using Open Liberty/WebSphere Liberty.
- Lead migrations from traditional WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to Open Liberty.
- Design cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Jakarta EE, and Open Liberty.
- Define scalable, secure, highly available architectures and integration patterns.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Conduct architecture reviews, establish technical standards, and provide technical leadership.




- Collaborate with business, development, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application environments.
- Develop architecture documentation, governance frameworks, and technical standards.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of enterprise application architecture experience.
- Robust hands-on expertise with Open Liberty/WebSphere Liberty and WebSphere Application Server.
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, Jakarta EE, microservices, and REST API experience.
- Experience with application modernization, cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Excellent architecture, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
